Beshtala-Chanko

This is the official emblem of Beshtala-Chanko state property, goods, and agents. It is sometimes worn as a means of subterfuge by drifters, particularly smugglers. But as the practice has become more widespread, its usage has morphed to become more a more flippant and ironic style choice Fringe-wide.
